Human being enters the 21 century, computer network and information technology is developing with full speed, which brings important affection to educational circles. It is an important mission of improve the diathesis education and educational information in 21st that cultivate the student's information Quality. Teaching and Learning of Information Technology Course and the Building of Students' information literacy become a focus of Researchers. However, there are a large number of inefficient teaching behavior within the information technology teaching process, that Hindered the information technology training courses goals.based on the effective teaching theories to study the effective teaching strategies, I combined with teaching practice given effective model of teaching strategies to guide information technology courses in teaching practice.Effective teaching means that the teacher follows the objective law of the teaching activity, with possible and few time, energy and material resources input, make as many as possible teaching result, thus realize the goal of specific teaching, meet the society and personal education value demand. Say concretely, it is the teaching that there should be results, efficient and profitable.The strategy of effective teaching refers to teachers' consciously, macroscopically and microcosmically united planning, evaluating and controlling of teaching activities and factors and to pursue prime teaching effectiveness. These strategies have fallen into three groups andten sorts, they are: major teaching strategies (the three types of lecturing, organizing class discussion, and asking questions etc.), teaching assistance strategies (the four types of adaptability, creating classroom environment, motivation, exercising nonverbal means and soon.) and management strategies (the three types of managing classroom, administering teaching time, supervising classexercise and homework).Today,With the fact that the computer, the internet have walked into a classroom,the traditional educating pattern has happened significant change. Interaction in classroom is the important guarantee of the teacher high-effect accomplishes classroom teaching. Information technology has changed the traditional classroom. This thesis has guiding significance with education in the Information Technology Environment.
