A Research Into Enforcing Income And Distribution System In Newly-found Universities

Adopting the method of consulting documents and the method of investigation and research to analyze institutional units' income distribution system of the year 2006, to analyze the characteristics of the newly-found universities, and to analyze the relevant cases of income and distribution in universities, actively using the salary theory and the existing research results of universities' income and distribution system for reference, the thesis proposes the strategies of how to enforce income and distribution system in newly-found universities.The thesis includes five chapters.Chapter One: Introduction. This chapter mainly illustrates the background and significance of the thesis research and the problems, thoughts and methods of the thesis research.Chapter Two: Basic Concepts and Theoretical Basis. This chapter includes the definition of the main concepts, the analysis of relevant theories and research documents of income and distribution system, and the retrospect of income and distribution system and the tendency of international salary.Chapter Three: New Income and Distribution System Analysis. The chapter mainly analyses the income and distribution system and relevant policies in the year 2006.Chapter Four: Characteristics of the Newly-found Universities and the Case Analysis of the Income and Distribution. This chapter mainly analyses the characteristics of the newly-found universities and the cases or experiences of the income and distribution system reform.Chapter Five: Research into the Strategies of Enforcing Income Distribution System in Newly-found Universities. This chapter will make a research into the strategies of enforcing the income and distribution system in newly-found universities on the basis of the former three chapters' research.The thesis tries to solve the problems of how to enforce the income and distribution system in newly-found universities. The innovative aspects of the thesis are mainly systematically analyses the new income and distribution system, summarizes the distribution factors of every parts of the wages, and points out the problems which are possibly existed when the institutional units enforces the new income and distribution system. The thesis also discusses the background and aim of the income and distribution system reform, and the strategies of enforcing the income and distribution system.
