Based on the construction of modern school management system, the paper expounds the rationality and necessity of parent participation in school management through the views of education ecology and politics, which benefits the building school ecology environment, meeting the requirements of modern democracy politics .It ensures the citizen right of participating in public affairs management.The paper analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of Ningbo Parent Participating in School Management through the Questionnaire Survey and Case Interview Method. The education standing council acknowledges parent right in managing school, forming the mechanism from parents' ideas filter to integrating, and builds the platform of voicing and coordinating parents' benefits.
