Study On Work-study Cooperation, Part-work And Part-study Training Mode In Vocational Education

Both Work-study Cooperation, Part-work and Part-study have became the most popular topics in vocational education circles during the last two years. After convening the forum about Work-study Cooperation in vocational education in Tianjin, August 2005, Moe issued"The comments on trying out Work-study Cooperation, Part-work and Part-study in vocational education schools", March 2006. In October 2006,"The notice of developing trial Work-study Cooperation, Part-work and Part-study in some vocational schools"was printed and distributed when the national meeting about trial work of vocational education Part-work and Part-study was held in Qingdao, Shangdong Province. All of these indicated that the study about Work-study Cooperation, Part-work and Part-study training mode in vocational education entered the core stage much deeper.This paper based on cluster theory, experience study theory, and theory of education united with work, used document method, compare method, and Systems analysis method.This paper introduces the connotation and characteristics of combination of work and study, part-work and part-study in China first. Based on the historical retrospection and analysis of current situation of this training mode in Chinese vocational education, using the successful experience of German"Dual System"(combination of work and study, part-work and part-study training mode in essence), the paper researches the first-phase preparations and some problems needed to pay attention of adopting this training mode in China, and suggests some measures and guarantee mechanism to perfect combination of work and study, part-work and part-study education. And in the paper, analysising of the problems of adopting this training mode and suggestions of measures and guarantee mechanism to perfect the mode is this paper's emphases and innovation.
