As the society is develop ing, the reform is going deep,opening to the outside world is extending,thetempo of the social life is quickening, the market economy is making varied, a few of bad ideas,culture and the way of lief is eroding,the quantity of the crime of teenagers become more and more. It has made all cirles pay close attention.This article divides into three chapters. The first chapter introduces the reason of crime by teenagers . generally speaking, the cause of their crime boils down to the selfish reasons,the reasons of the family ,the reasons of school the reasons of society. every cause consists of many different factors. the selfish cause includes physiologic reason and psychologic reason.The second chapter introduces the characterics of their crime. the characterics of the their crime become more and more promient. for example ,the gang crime, the tendency of lower age, the adult and intelligent tendency of the crimial means,the quantity becomeing more and more, the absurd criminal motives and chiefly infringing on the property.The third chapter give some advice to solve the problme .as a matter of fact, lots of crime committed by teenagers can be prevented. here are several measures we could take into consideration. for example , improving and perfecting the domestic laws, reforming the criminal systems,training the lawful consciousness and sense of social responsibility, strengthening the education of the family and school, strengthening the society government, strengthening social guarantee,supplying occupation chance to teenagers, building perfect information system of preventing their crime, preventing their twice crime, carrying out the comprehensive harness to prevent the crime of teenagers,and so on.I would be honoured if this paper could help to prevent the crime of teenagers ,maintain social security and stabilizatione and construct harmonious society to a certain extent.
