With the promotion of the curriculum reform for elementary education and implementation of new Chinese curriculum standards, Chinese teachers' teaching concepts, teaching methods and teaching behaviors are being enormously changed, the new situation put forward a new request to the Chinese teachers' teaching skill. Chinese teachers under the background of new curriculum not only have solid professional knowledge and rich educational theory, but also have vividly education wisdom to resolve the complicated teaching problem. And this kind of unprecedented change and request provided a larger development space for the Chinese teachers' teaching skill training. Chinese teachers should change direction to cultivate educational wisdom from the training of the pure teaching skill, using wisdom to brighten the Chinese class. Training of Chinese teaching skill which aims to generating wisdom is just under this background.From the purpose and meaning of the lately period Chinese teaching skill training, aim at a new request of new curriculum to the Chinese teaching skill, from the combination of theories and practice, the training of Chinese teaching skill aiming to generating wisdom is elaborated concretely in four aspects: firstly, background analysis, which summarizes the current problems existing in Chinese teaching skill training based on the interviews. The problems are as follows: the deviated objective of training, the old contents of training, the single form of training, the weak consciousness of training and the lost of humanity. Secondly, on the foundation of defining "wisdom generation" and "Chinese teaching skill", three theoretical bases are put forward: the teaching specialization, the theory of teacher's reflection and the theory of practical knowledge. Thirdly, the target and request of the training of Chinese teaching skill to wisdom generation are elaborated, that is the three dimensional objectives of quality, emotion and method and four request of unifying of literariness and pedagogy, theory and fulfillment, unity and diversity, effectiveness and creativity. Fourthly based on the two key conceptions—"focusing on personal experience" and "emphasizing on actual setting", the training model promoted by this study, suggests that choosing training content from the Chinese teaching facts, and reforming training methods to promote the efficiency, and reconsidering the roles Chinese teachers should play in the training. The main research method of this paper is literature review, and interviews and case analysis are also adopted to make this study more meaningful in real world and open a new world for training of Chinese teaching skill under the background of new curriculum and also provide a new direction to the professional development of Chinese teachers. Finally the implication is that Chinese teachers should set up the consciousness of the lifelong learning, look at yesterday with rational eyes, develop their own profession emotion on a higher level, perfect knowledge structure, improve teaching skill, and at last become an intelligent teacher.
