Nowadays society is undergoing deep transitional reform. Education is changing too. On the background of the fierce changes, to adapt to this situation, the only choice for school itself is taking reform, and the key is the transition of school culture.School culture, is the soul of a school and the base of successful education, which derives from history and tradition of the school, is the spiritual core of the school. School culture's transition is to make the culture and values becomes their way of living, and make teachers and students have a healthy life.This thesis adopts micro-research mode on school culture and chooses MingQiang primary school as my subject of investigation, take the evolution caused by outside change at the school level, appreciate carefully the school culture and its process of construction. Specifically speaking, we can do it in 3 aspects:Firstly, construct school culture from the perspective of school history. School culture is never baseless. It has been accumulated during the historical process of school development. So, compared to simple adaptation in construction process of school culture, we should face school history and trace school development track, find its growth process and look for its own tradition.Secondly, construct school culture from the perspective of school institutions. During this construction process, the institutionalization process of school is not only a process of establishing and strengthening regulations and institutions, but also a process to foster school values among school staff and students. So, we should give school institution a soul, and make efforts to form the school institutional culture.Thirdly, we should construct school culture from the perspective of teachers. Their lifestyle and living state demonstrate and shape school culture at the same time. School culture construction is a process to form school values and ways of interaction. Administrators should be responsible for the fostering role in the school culture construction process and devote more energy into the molding of school spirit, the outlining of school development vision, and the school development direction.Each school has its unique cultural construction, the experience of MingQiqng can not provide the right path to other schools, but some successful experience can also provide some ideas to them and make a certain contribution for areas of school cultural researching.
