This topic research attention is the age in 13~15 year-old junior middle school students' physique change situation, this age section student, not only is being in the growth growth the sensitive time, moreover also is lays the adult physique foundation the critical period, however in recent years student physique monitor report demonstration, our country junior junior middle school students' physique condition is unoptimistic, the physical ability partial targets still in continued to glide down, if this question could not obtain the prompt effective addressing, will be able to affect inevitably our countrry qualified talented person's raise, therefore improved junior high pupil's physique, became has suspended in front of our general sports worker's important issue.Around this topic through implements to "Sports And Healthy Curriculum Standard", namely in 2000 and in 2005 our country junior middle school students' physique investigation and study data carried on the comparison, understood the present our country junior high pupil's physique present situation, seeks the question and the reason which in the physique change existed, and conformed to "Sports And Healthy Curriculum Standard" through the design the thought classroom instruction testing plan, has carried on in certain scope for the time two years half experiment, attempted in to train the student to form the stable sports study interest (junior middle school female student, guides the student on own initiative to participate in aspects in particular) and so on extracurricular physical training to make the progress, finally caused the student through in the physical education exercise and the extracurricular physical trainingAchieves the enhancement physique the goal, not only is engaged in the physical training for the student lifelong to build the foundation, moreover is helpful to fundamentally improves junior junior middle school students' physique condition. This research uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey procedure, the cut-and-try method, the interview law, the survey law, the mathematical method of average conducts the research, carries on the bodily shape, the bodily function and the bodily quality altogether 10 target test to the experimental object, including the height, the body weight, the vital capacity, 50m runs, 1 minute rope skipping, in front of the medicine ball throws, the sit-ups (female student), 800m (female student), 1000m (male student), the seat body anteflexion (male student), to the data which obtains carries on statistical processing, carries on the data of the experimental group and the control group the comparative analysis. In the bodily shape aspect, the height, the body weight, the body performance figure [BMI index = body weight (kg)/height (cm)~2x10~4] the average value, the experimental group male, the female students the control group male, the female student are all higher than, but the difference does not have the significance.2. The school sports work should take "Sports And Healthy Curriculum Standard" as the instruction, take strengthens the student physique as the center, and develops the sports course content, the method and the method reform innovation positively, contains the student physique to glide down as soon as possible, trains the high quality qualified talented person for the country to provide the safeguard.2.
