Research On Guarantee Mechanism Of The Funds For The Free Compulsory Education

After popularization of the compulsory education, the problem of free compulsory education attracts the attention of the government and the population. Some developed cities of our country put forward the policy of free compulsory education firstly in year 2005, for example, Suzhou, Beijing, Shanghai and so on. The first thing of achievement of free compulsory education is not the funds but the design of the mechanism. Actually, the guarantee mechanism of funds for free compulsory education hasn't been founded yet. The paper applies literature reading and comparing to analysis the compulsory education in our country and touches a lot of correlation theory which include education economics, finance of commonality. On the base of founding that china has the ability to realize free compulsory education, Finally, the paper proposed suggestions on design of the guarantee mechanism of funds for free compulsory education after the study of flux of the security mechanism of the funds of compulsory education and the problem in compulsory education from year 1992~2006.
