All-for-People principle is aiming at people's development. It means that in every cause we should meet the needs of people to the greatest advantage, bring our ideas into correspondence with the laws of the physical and mental development, promote the overall development of the people and finally build a more harmonious society. Based on the source all-for-people principle and its connotation and requirements in education, the thesis tries to bring forward all-for-people principle in moral education, and provides some measures on how to create all-for-people system and environment, and how to build the contingent that can carry out the idea in order to construct a moral education system which centers on all-for-people principle.
