Apprenticeships in Australia had their origins in an apprenticeship system inherited from Britain, which has gradually formed its own characteristics in the development and reforms and become the cornerstone of Australian technology training field. At the same time, the present vocation in our country can not satisfy the labor market in not only quantity but also quality. Many fine traditional technologies and craft remain to be developed and inherited. It is necessary and feasible for our country to refer to Australian apprentice system. Certainly, the occurrence of any educational pattern is not accidental, thus the reference should be creative, not bland imitation.
