It has been more than 30 years since the Ma Zhenfu People's Commune Middle School incident, however, there are still many problems left for research and discussion. From the aspects of assessment and sociology, it is obvious to find it a typical case of the discourse model of the disposal of the violation in educational examination. Based on the discourse mode, this thesis firstly restored the discourse in the incident and analyzed the political discourse, and clarified the importance of the discourse disposal mode of the violation in educational examination, and even in the development of the country; secondly, based on the explanation of the connotation of the violation in educational examination and classification of the violating phenomenon and the disposal solutions to them at all times and in all over the world, this thesis analyzed the elements of the discourse disposal mode of the violation in educational examination, and concluded the features of the discourse modes, and explained the inevitability and significance of their existence, and contrasted and distinguished their advantages and disadvantages; at last, based on the above analysis and discussion, this paper suggested the urgency and inevitability of the construction of the governance-oriented discourse pattern of the violation in educational examination, and illustrated development of the concept of administration of the violation in educational examination, and concluded definition and significance of it, and the four conditions of the governance-oriented discourse model of the violation in educational examination: condition of culture, equality, development and education. Meanwhile, this paper also indicated that any formation of the discourse disposal model of the violation in educational examination can not be accomplished in an action, because it takes proof and validation with large amount of social practice, and it needs a process of adjustment and evolvement. We should verify, enrich and improve the mode in specific practices of the disposal of the violation in examination, and respond ceaselessly to the challenge in the investigation to play an active role to facilitate the all-around development of the educational examination field in our country.
