With the development of society, more and more people try to do some surreal researches about our society on the basis of the reality which most people are not satisfied with. Therefore, the'post-phenomenon', such as postmodernism and post-structuralism, is developed in the fields of academics, intelligentsia, and arts in recent China.It is well-known that the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games will have a great influence upon the development of every industry, especially the competitive sports industry. The competitive sports industry in China has experienced a rather tough time for almost a century. Today we have become a strong country of competitive industry; however, the developing mode of competitive sports under the national system has been questioned by many experts from many fields. How far does this system can go? After 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, where should the competitive sports industry in China go has become the focal points in the fields of sports economics, sports sociology, and even in the competitive sports circle. There is no doubt that the sports industry in China will be greatly influenced by Beijing Olympic Games, and the sports system in China might face an unprecedented change.This paper starts with the training of the reserved competitive sports talents in the post-Olympic time, and analyze the subjective and objective influential factors about combining education and sports together by applying many research methods, such as the method of documenting, interviewing, conducting a questionnaire, mathematical statistics, and logical analysis. This paper mainly explores the micro, medium, and macro views of developing strategies of the training of the reserved competitive sports talents who can combine teaching and sports together in order to provide valuable suggestions for the need of the reserved competitive sports talents in the post-Olympic time.The study shows that"teaching-sports"is the development of the"sports-teaching"to some extent. The difference between them is their medium while their aims are the same. The"teaching-sports"is neither the supplement, nor the total denial of the national system. It has certain subjective advantages, and at the same time, it goes with the needs of the society, filling the blank of the sporting school education. Therefore, it meets the needs for the objective development of the ordinary schools. To some extent, it makes the competitive sports come to the educational level, and meets the requirements of the competitive sports development in the post-Olympic times. Therefore, it may become an important model for the training of the reserved competitive sports talents with high quality in the post-Olympic time in China.
