| Even since curricula of Physical Education and Health has been carried out, most researchers and teachers began to focus on the reforms of basic education courses.And many specialists and researchers began their studies and discussion with the aims, contents, estimate and the carrying out of new course. In middle schools in china, some teachers and researchers made son\me try and received some valuable experience, but in some middle schools, the performing of Physical Education and health course is not satisfying and achieved. In order to research and solve this problem and make a further investigation, this is why the study is to be carried out.The written of this research studied a lot of related reference on education, took primary and middle school physical education teachers as subjects of investigation, through reference material method, questionnaire and investigation. And analyzed the elements which affect the performance of physical education and health curricula.The results show : during the reform of new course, there are not only old problems, such as playground, instruments, the lack of teachers, the difference bestow city and the countryside and the ignorance of school leaders, but also some new problems, such as the lack of chance for teacher to go for further education, the misunderstanding of physical education teachers.
