Collaborative lesson-planning is one of the most effectual approaches of Inner training based a school, and plays a important role in balancing teacher personnel, promoting the development of teacher specialization and cooperation between teachers. School-web based Platform of Collaborative lesson-planning, is aim to break the conventional mode of collaborative lesson-planning, build an open environment for teachers to plan, exchange, introspection, and concrete analysis on concrete questions, then dispel isolated lesson-planning and improve the quality of BBS. Collaborative lesson-planning is striding forward into an asynchronous era. Questionnaire survey, observational study and web searching are applied to find out the present situation of national collaborative lesson-planning, revealing that business and passive motivation are the main reasons of formalization of collaborative lesson-planning. Based on an intensive study of formers' and software developers' lesson-planning platform or collaborative lesson-planning platform, some defects are provided.Upon above issues and the adult study theory, adult cooperation theory, characteristics of internet and teacher, School-web based Platform of collaborative lesson-planning is designed and developed. The platform takes the way of "work steam" and gives the process of collaborative lesson-planning a flowchart: first-plan, discuss, re-plan, introspection discuss. The model is shortened "Double 1+N". The model is not first brought forward, but the platform developed with the model is the first. The platform regulates the process of collaborative lesson-planning, gets rid of inter dependent of teachers, protects intellectual property rights and individuation, improves the quality of web talking and construct an invisible evaluation system.
