Teacher, textbook and students are three crucial parts in teaching. As an important factor, textbook connects teachers and students. In order to improve our teaching, we must take into account on textbook Determination. Late Qing Dynasty period is the beginning of system of textbook Determination in primary and middle schools. Along with historical deducing, its destiny is much erroneous as a result of the change of social politics , economical , education and cultural structure. This paper attempts to organize the historical pulse of the system of textbook Determination in primary and middle schools. On this basis ,we can retrieve the successful experience and problems, providing the basis for consultative reference for the present system of textbook determination's orderly, efficient , and benign operation .The full text is divided into five chapters:Chapters 1: It generally introduces the reason and meaning of the research on the system of textbook determination in primary and middle schools, combing its present research situation with emphasis, giving the simple declaration to present paper's research localization and the research technique.Chapters 2: The basic issue on the system of textbook determination in primary and middle schools. This part elaborates the definition of textbook, the System of textbook determination, So as to define the analysis borders of this paper and theoretical framework clearly. Chapters 3: The historical tracing of the system of textbook determination in primary and middle schools. Through history reduction, we describe the historical vicissitude of the system of textbook determination in primary and middle schools since the end of the Qing to the founding of the nation after the Republic of China time finally , and carries on the analysis limits to various historical period textbook determination system.Chapters 4: The analysis of the experience, problem and countermeasure on textbook determination in our country. It analyzes the present problems and obstruction of the textbook determination based on the current conditions. It draws several conclusions of the textbook determination practice and expound some strategies rest on this, my inspection included too.Concluding Remarks: It describes the future textbook determination and the effort we should make in terms of the existing problem of the textbook determination.
