The contemporary university student is a special group of netizens, is the main force in China's Internet users, they are affected by the cyber-communication more significant and representative. In the moral side, the rise of cyber-communication, and have a variety of new ethical awareness, ethics and moral behavior, has greatly enriched the quality of university students and moral content. At the same time, the cyber-communication has also brought many negatively, the negative influence, seriously is attacking the university student world outlook, the outlook on life, the values and moral view, directly harms the network to have the foreword movement and the university student moral character formation. Therefore, the research and the understanding cyber-communication characteristic and its appears to the university student moral character influence extremely essential, to the university student moral character health development, all has the positive significance to the entire social convention and the spiritual style.In this paper, the university's moral theory and sociology exchanges on the theory of network exchanges by the connotation, characteristics and methods start with, analysis of the current university students formed the moral quality of the process and vulnerable to the impact of the reasons for the cyber-communication. On the cyber-communication moral character of the contemporary university students of the negative impact from the moral cognition, moral emotional, moral will, and ethical conduct four aspects of the preliminary study.
