The purpose of our country starting basic education curriculum reform on 2001, is for building new curriculum according with the desire for development of society and economy, structure a brand-new education pattern that accords with the need of develop quality education, as while, strive to foster new generation citizen, who can adapt to the development of society, economy, science and technology in future.The author had interviewed junior middle schools in Luquan City, Hebei Province, the first batch of curriculum reform experiment area, of the countries. Whose purpose is goes deep into the reform, especially hot spot, difficult point problem being carried out in the reforming process. After all, either economy or culture falls behind commonly in this rural area. Although having carry out new curriculum about 6 years, it can be seen on assemble after analyzed these fact, which reported from a lot of school leads , teachers ,and students , the effect that junior middle schools of this agriculture county-level city's get are not obvious: Except that certain degree serviceability having been in progress to new teaching material verifying , synthetically practice class establishing comparison to have a characteristic, the whole city educates system to not be changed really on the way educating concept , teaching way and student to study; The overall evaluation is hindered in practice, be confronted with the danger "the road of retrogression" leaking even; Besides, essence problem such as developing and having managed teaching material not to standardize is still very outstanding.Owing to the cognition to rural education, the article has been carried out on above-mentioned problem analyzing in depth, cause locks in administration motive force deficiency, the training to the teachers is far away from actual need, unfavorable factors in education is affected gravely, shortage of supporting management system, the new curriculum idea itself is not enough consummate and so on.
