The Synergistic Research Of School Culture Construction In Newly Established Vocational Colleges

The newly eatablished vocational colleges has been a exotic flower among higher educational undertakings. In face of the increacing fiece competition, school culture has become one of the most important factors for colleges to achieve sustainable development and to improve the overall educational standard and core competitive abilities. For a newly merged vocational college based on several secondary vocational school,there are naturally various questions in it's school culture construction.In this paper, based on the developing background of vocational colleges and the definition of school culture, the author expounds the characteristics of newly estabalished vocational colleges'culture construction and analyses their present condition, through the three basic dimensions of school culture - spiritual culture, system culture and matierial culture. With the slogan of "harmonious campus", the author leads in the management synergy theory innovaively to research the schoolculture. And then, the author adopts material analysis method, investigation method and systematic research method to analyze the present condition of school culture construction in the new vocational colleges from the aspects such as subject cognition, content, method and etc. and puts forwand the concrete countermeasures against the existing questions mainly from the implementation subject and implementation content. In the paper, the author especially emphasizes newly eatablished vocational colleges' individualities of short history, vocational and characteristic. The paper studies the present condition of school culture constructive in the new vocational colleges from management synergy theory, thus its conclution has a certain theoretical value and practical siganificance of reference.
