At present, it is an obvious fact that moral education in school lacks actual effect. There are many reasons for this phenomenon. However, one main reason is that school hasn't established a moral development of the student themselves as the main body. Teachers also fail to understand the experience, the need and the feelings of the students' self-development at their different growing stages, and they also lack understanding and equal dialogue with the students.As a result of the lack of innermost communication, it is naturally almost impossible for students to follow the education instruction willingly. Therefore, the writer puts forward the subject, based on his practical research on the theory and practice of dialogue-based moral education in secondary school. The research subject emphasizes on the extensive teacher-student dialogue, establishing relationship between the speakers, developing the sense and competence of the students performing the dialogue as well as their personality, so as to improve the actual effect of moral education. This article covers such topics as the reasons to raise the subject, the essence and the content of dialogue-based moral education, the practice and investigation and introspection of this subject, indicating its special value of the research in school in the switch of the moral education at the new age.
