Research On The University Hearing Institution Of Student Administration In China

The university hearing institution of student administration comes out as a new thing in recent years. It is important in both the academic aspect and the practical aspect for investigations on the hearing institution.In the academic side, this thesis fills the blank of the study on certain aspects in the hearing institution of student administration and makes an in-depth exploration based on the current existing studies. In the practical side, this paper aims to improve the management of the university student, to promote the legalization of the administration work and to make contributions to the development of higher education in China.In this thesis, we focus on the hearing institution for student administration in Chinese universities and colleges. By using the literature study method, the comparison study method and the case study method and supplementing the history study method, we make a general investigation or discussion on the hearing institution. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part discusses the soul for the hearing institution - the theoretical basis. The second part analyzes its flesh - the detailed contents.In the third part, we investigate the current existing problems in the hearing institution and induce three issues of the reason that led to those problems.In the last part, we construct a hearing institution with rights and equity protection for university students and propose some detailed measures after making clear of the existing problems.The innovation of this thesis is on the uniqueness of the method, the creation of the contents and the two-dimension of the perspective. Firstly, we do not consider the hearing institution as is strands. Instead, by using the administrative law theory, political theory and other theories we introduce its external value in a new high level. Secondly, since the university hearing institution of student administration is a new thing, almost all the previous studies are end up with the stage of raising questions only. Even if there are any suggestions involved in the solution, they are rather fragmented and disorder. In this thesis, we creatively introduce the effective experience of the hearing institution in the executive affair into that in the student administration. Lastly, in the investigation on the construction of the university hearing institution of student administration, we pay attention no only to the study of the institution itself, but also to the search of the causes beyond the institution. Therefore, it will stress the assuring character of the above three aspects and reflect the dialectical unity of the investigated perspective.
