| According to relevant bodies of the statistical data through surveys,interviews and other methods,we determined the impact on students career planning,where students are all of the Guizhou Institute for Nationalities,the level of use of the theory and methods, and established The evaluation model with the factors affecting college students a comprehensive career planning,these factors of the weight Anxu with capacity for social practice(the weight is 0.580),economic factors(the weight is 0.221),non-capacity factors(the weight is 0.130),access to knowledge capacity(the weight is 0.069),.We also calculated following value:the university students in the education sector(the weight is 0.486),enterprises(weight for 0.341)and government departments(the weight is 0.173).
