With the rapid development of information technology that is reresented by computers'application. Society's information-dependent is growing, which result in the increasingly prominent of the personal interests of information and property values .At the mean time, personal data is taking on some characteristics such as materialization and informationization. Tends to be used as data and statistics as governmental agencies, businesses and individuals require the easier and more convenient ways of collecting, storing, transforming and applications of information which provide more opportunities for commercial organizations; On the other hand, it is possibly causing the damage to personal images for the improper collecting ways of personal information that twisted and belittled the dignity and controled human freedom and self-determination. The ultimate impact is that the fundamental rights of individuals were jolted. The information ethics problems are thus leading to the discussion of new information ethics issues. To meet the challenge, strengthening the information ethics issues is imperative.The article is centered in the protection of personal information , staring with the curriculum about information technology and society . The article has four parts which mainly talked about the ways of information ethics education during the high school stage , developed the information protection courses, proposed curriculm objectives, contents and methods, put forward the related recommendations for curriculm implementation, enriched information ethics educaiton in high school stage and improved the information technology curriculum with the expectations that can be researching reference for the information ethical education and practice.Chapter One elaborates the definition, the characteristics and the classification of personal information. It also analyzes the reasons of causing the unleash of personal information which has got ready for further research in theory.Chapter Two covers the investigation report on the status of personal information protection in high school with the conclusions as below: High school students have a poor sense of protecting personal data; There is the lack content of the personal information protection in the high school's information technology curriculum ; IT teachers'ability to guide sutdents the protection of personal information is to be improved. All these conclusions provide the infromation technology curriculum with some realistic reference .Chapter Three details on the goals, contents and methods of the high school information ethics education through the investigation of research and theoretical analysis . And then sets up personal information protection cases for teaching practice which will definitely guide the curriculum development on the protection of personal information .Chapter Four summarised the research and conclude that the content about the protection of personal information should be included in the information technology curriculum in high school and that IT teachers'guiding ability should be strengthened. Then outlines suggestions for the high school personal information protection education systems based on the research of the whole article. They are :1, Strengthening the information ethics education and improve the infromation technology curriculum; 2,Carrying out the strategy of"Improve teachers'ability with scientific research", strengthening information technology curriculum's teaching ;3, Coordinating the relationship between the protection of personal information and promoting the free flow of information. |
