Curriculum standards set up a reading and thinking column, intended to stimulate students interest in mathematics and to promote reading among self-help students to think independently, construct their own knowledge and active learning and train the students to the mathematical ability to learn.This thesis first read through of mathematics and mathematical thinking understanding, to enhance the ability of students to read mathematical literature research, as well as their own mathematics education on the practice of summary can be summed up with: mathematical read the characteristics , the meaning of mathematical thinking, mathematics the significance of reading and thinking.Secondly, from the above theory as the basis on the A version teaching Reading andThinking column content classification, analysis of the materials set up reading and thinking, columnist basic philosophy, the basic principle. Through the implementation of the teaching columns, interviews with teachers, students questionnaire survey of teachers and students to use the Reading and Thinking column situation.Again, through the analysis of the findings, with the idea of the new curriculum, "Reading and Thinking" column settings, teachers teaching and students learning put forward specific proposals.Finally, in order to take full advantage of the Reading and Thinking column, are two typical case teaching.
