In the information age, it is a new trend to acquire knowledge and cultivate capacity by using the Internet. E-learning strategies is different from the traditional instructional strategies, it is a kind of new instructional strategies, which changes students from passive learning to autonomy, inquiring, cooperative learning, it can effectively stimulate learners'interest and initiative, and enhance the scientific exploring ability. Therefore, there is highly theoretical and practical significance to explore instructional strategies of improving students'e-learning initiative roundly and systemic, it is also a very valuable subject. This paper uses observation, interview, action research, literature and other scientific methods, select the Technology Education Professional students as experimental subjects to carry on.Introduction of this paper sets out the study background, the research foundation, the research purpose, the research significance and the research major contents and methods, so as to propose the issues.Text discusses the instructional strategies of nurturing students'e-learning initiative by theory and practice. Firstly the article describes the learning initiative theory of the college students, including the meaning of the initiative of learning and the learning of initiative, manifestations, the psychological characteristics of students, learning ability, technique, so as to establish the theory basis about the e-learning initiative strategy; Secondly, the article demonstrates the connection between e-learning and training initiative, points out the transformations of university students'learning way, discusses the advantages of e-learning methods in training students'initiative, attempt to find the best fit points between network technology and training initiative. Finally, on the basis of discussing the elements of impacting on students'e-learning initiative, the article designs the specific instructional strategies of training students'e-learning initiative: learning tasks, learning content, learning resources, interactive design, learning appraise. It is so expounded that it has a certain scientific. In order to make the article more persuasive, we analyze the cases of the network instructional strategies of training initiative of university students, and further clarified the specific issues of enhancing students'e-learning initiative, so as to provide evidence of the e-learning initiative instructional strategies.In the end, the article sums up the whole, elicits the conclusion of the study, research contributions, research restrictions, research reflection, as well as research proposals, point outs the direction of the follow-up study.
