The Case Study On The Contrast Analysis Of Questioning By The Jackroo Teacher And The Proficient Teacher In Chemistry Classroom

Many scholars have paid much attention to questioning, which is the oldest and most regular used teaching method. With the establishment of the strategy to revitalize through science and education and the implement of a new round educational curriculum reformation, questioning has been provided with some new connotation.This study is based on the two class videos with the same teaching content. One is given by a jackaroo teacher and the other is by a proficient teacher. According to four different standards, this study classifies the types of jackaroo teachers and proficient teachers and makes contrast analysis of questioning times and frequency. Based on the statistics, there come some conclusions. What's more, this study provides some relevant advice on the jackaroo teachers'growth into proficient teachers. On the basis of the findings, the present study may provide some inspiration and reference for the further research.This dissertation is divided into five parts.Part one briefly introduces this study's background, the study value, the research objects and the content of this dissertation.Part two is the theoretical bases about questioning. It reviews the definition, functions and types of questioning.Part three gives out the definitions of jackaroo teacher and proficient teacher. The reason for the selection of research objects is also explained.Part four deals with the classification of the jackaroo teacher and proficient teacher's classroom question raising methods. It also collects the data of frequency of different questioning and makes contrast analysis.Based on the contrast analysis in the body part, the last part gives five conclusions and three pieces of advice on jackaroo teachers'questioning.
