The Current Practicing States And The Research On Developing Ways Of Soccer In New Countryside Of Hubei Province

Based on documents, on-the-spot inspections, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other methods, the thesis put up spot check to the developing conditions and affecting factors in 2,654 schools, 178 towns and 4,676 villages in 16 counties and cities in eastern, western, southern, and northern districts of Hubei; and also conducts a systematic analysis of the adopted data from interdisciplinary angles. The results of study show:I. Soccer sports in new countryside of Hubei are still in its infancy: low level, few participants, huge differences in districts and blind areas in countryside are the unique characters of soccer sports in new countryside of Hubei.II. According to the contribution rate, there are 4 main elements, consist of 8 indicators, having deep effect on the soccer sport in new countryside of Hubei. From top down they are motivation, facilities, catalysis and participants. The contribution rates are 18.895,15.935,14.436 and 12.380 in sequence, which provide effective reference for developing the soccer sports in new countryside of Hubei.III. Here are some main countermeasures for the development of the soccer sports in new countryside of Hubei: 1. promoting peasants'income and improve the level of their material life; 2. reinforcing the momentum of publicity to cultivate peasants'motivation for participation; 3. enhancing the construction and management of soccer sporting facilities; 4. developing the education on soccer in countryside, improving soccer skills in schools as well; 5. perfecting the management of soccer and soccer coaches and referees training, establishing a sound grid of soccer organization.
