On The Practice Of Inspection And Assessment Of Teaching And Research Institutions In Districts And Counties

According to the theory of educational inspection and assessment and setting out from the basic situation, mode and analysis, efficiency analysis, development trend, assessment and enlightenment, this article aims at evaluating of inspecting practice of teaching and research institutions in Chongqing's districts and counties. The research of modes is carried out from the following four aspects: to establish inspection and assessment system in teaching and research institutions in districts and counties; strengthen the close combination of political inspection, educational inspection and function; the analysis of quota system of inspection and assessment; the analysis of the phases of inspection and assessment.It is original work to establish inspection and assessment system in teaching and research institutions in districts and counties in Chongqing. It will enrich the theoretical system and set a successful example. Therefore, the new mode should be based on the standards, and enhance the efficiency. The purpose of the inspection and assessment in teaching and research institutions in districts and counties ought to inspect and help to construct, promote the integrated level. At the same time, it will provide basis of strategic inquiries for the higher educational administrations.
