As the general education institutions in our country for delegate children, Learning in regular class-room, which does to meet the special educational needs of children and improves the enrolment rate of delegate child, and promotes the development of physical and mental health of the delegate children has the important practical significance.Since learning in regular class-room still exist such as teacher quality, and education to be a backward way of solving the problem, and the delegate children's learning in regular class-room to be really consistent with their disability characteristics, physical and mental development of the level of education, a "sitting in regular class-room "and" mixed learning in regular class-room", and greatly restrict the development of delegate children. To improve the status of learning in regular class-room, teaching theory and methods of research as the core content.The purpose of this study is on basic of the United States psychologist Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences and Blum taxonomy of educational objectives theoretical, through analysis and research in the learning in regular class-room differences in the mode of teaching to meet the promotion of delegate children development. Therefore this research to overcome learning in regular class-room teaching in the many abuses, and promote delegate children's access to knowledge, ability to develop, and promote the level of their physical and mental health development of very important practical significance.In this study, literature, comparative as the research method and, in conjunction with personal subjective and objective conditions on the difference in teaching and learning in regular class-room differences in the meaning of teaching mode. This study on the theory of multiple intelligence and education the main goal of taxonomy view, and on this basis, in the education of learning in regular class-room differences in the implementation of the necessity and possibility of teaching, and elaborated theory in two different teaching learning in regular class significance. Under this premise, this paper to multiple intelligences theory and teaching objectives based on the taxonomy, goals, procedures, strategies, content, and teaching conditions of the basic model for the reference link, put forward a different school before the evaluation, the setting up of different objectives, the choice of different content, the difference for the evaluation of the implementation of the basic elements of delegate children learning in regular class model concept. The difference between teaching to learning in regular class-room and its implementation, is a relatively young topic, we need the constant practice of learning in regular class perfection and development. Special characteristics of children with disabilities and differences, will give teachers teaching in the class differences in the special care it is difficult to bring the teachers to a new and higher challenges. Although the mode of teaching learning in regular class differences also need to receive the test of practice, but we believe that it will certainly be able to further practice to mature and improve.
