Harmonious person's main content includes four aspects: (1) individual self-harmony ;(2) interpersonal harmony ;(3) harmony between man and nature; (4) and the social harmony. The characteristics of harmonious person is the unification of integrity, coordination, phased nature and differences. As socialist harmonious society can not stop at theory, harmonious person on how to achieve the end result also lies. The realization of harmonious person is a complex social system project, which calls for individuals, families, schools, businesses, government, community, society, and other aspects of the work force. Material civilization, spiritual civilization, political civilization and the ecological civilization is the social conditions of the realization of harmonious person, education shaping in the realization of a harmonious plays an important role, and the inherent personal accomplishment is the key to achieving harmonious person.
