This research adopts the classroom observation method to carry on the classification type of positive research to the school teachers of an oil-field education branch office oil-field sons school in the Jiuquan City , The research tool is a Northwest Normal University 2005 Masters graduate student Chen Shujuan revises in her graduation thesis "the classroom teaching observation quantity form( formal version)" of "high school teacher the teaching competence characteristic model construction or purchase". This research divided the teachers of the primary school and junior high school into the teacher of experts, the teacher of experienced hands and the teacher of new hands, and then tried to carry on the classroom observation. In order to investigate the primary and junior high school teachers of that school, especially the teacher of new hands, to want to be the teachers of experienced hands even the teacher of experts who have the competence characteristic.The Study was divided into two parts.The first step observes the objects and records the datas , the second step analyzes the datas ,and the result is that there are somes differences between the three teachers of the competence characteristic . 54 observations of eight dimensions item within the classroom observation can become distinction to the teachers of experts, the teachers of new hands and experienced hands. At the same time the result of study still reminds us from now on while selecting , employing and training the teachers, in some aspects it is pertinence.This research carries on the trial to the selection and trainings of the primary and junior high school teachers of that school( region).The result of the study provides certain theories for that school( region) to select teachers, and provides another standard to train and evaluate the teachers of that school. On the other side, the result provides some references to select, employ, train and evaluated for the primary and junior high school teachers.
