The interest is the psychological tendency in making every effort to know, to inquire into some kind of thing, and it is also one kind of intrinsic tendentiousness and the intrinsic selectivity for the objective things. The study interest is the psychological tendency to makes every effort to know the world and thirst for acquiring scientific cultural knowledge. The study interest is the most realistic and active ingredient in the study motivity. Chemistry study interest refers to that the students have the special active tendency with the mood color in learning chemistry, which promotes the student to inquire into materials and its change rule as an intrinsic motivity and has the very strong motive function. According to the levels, chemistry study interests can be divided into sensing interest, operating interest, inquiring interest and creating interest. In this present paper, it is found through the investigation and analysis about the questionnaire that in the high two stages the learning interest of students decrease, but in the junior middle school stage the learning interest of students is up to the highest peak. The male and female students have not obvious difference in learning interests. The liberal art and science students have not obvious difference in learning interests also. Furthermore, in the high two stage student's interest in chemistry study has the drop and chemistry study interest of the male and female student has the extremely remarkable difference that the male student is obviously strong to the female student. Besides, the liberal art and science students have the extremely remarkable difference in learning interests of chemistry, which the science student is obviously strong to the liberal art student. There are many factors to affect student's interest in learning chemistry, however, arranges in the first is 'own to the study confidence'. In the high two stages, the student's interest in chemistry study mainly is the operation interest level, and has the development tendency up to high-level interest level. According to the investigation and analysis about the questionnaire the present paper proposed learning strategy high-school seniors' interest in chemistry study and test method.
