| Farmers'vocational education was a important issues which attracted great importance from the government, was widely paid much attention from all circles, and was needed constantly to struggle by educationists and scientific and technological workers. It was an important tasks for the Party and peoples in China to strengthen and improve farmers' education, to cultivate groups of new farmers with more knowledge, high technic and business capacity, and to promote comprehensive quality of farmers, which was also the necessary requirement for contructing new socialist countryside. The methods of system research and typical research, and the thinking of study that was from practice to cognition, then practice and cognition again were adopted. With the related therory of farmers'vocational education as the guidance, combining with the developmental experience of farmers'vocational education in domestic and abroad, the theoretical analysis and practical survey were performed in order to solve existing problems of farmers'vocational education in Luoyang City. At last, the measure and countermeasure of speeding up the healthy development of farmers'vocational education in Luoyang City were discussed.It was divided into six sections for this paper:The first chapter was introduction, in which the background, purpose and significance of the reseach were described, the domestic and foreign research dynamic were summarized, the thinking of research and analytic method were determined as also, which provides a basic preparation for the studies.The second chapter was the relative theoretical analysis on of farmers'vocational educations development, in which the meaning and function of farmers'vocational education, human capital theory, new growth theory, and theory of industrialization and transfer of labour force et al were stated, which etablished a theoretical basis for developing farmers'vocational educations.The third chapter was the form and experience of farmers'vocational education development in domestic and abroad. The mian form and experince in developed countries and tipical cases of developing farmers'vocational education in some regions of China were summarized and analyzed. Based on the obove-mentioned, the enlightment of developing the innovational mode of farmers'vocational education in Luoyang City was indicated. The fourth chapter was the current situations and problems of farmers'vocational education development in Luoyang City. Based on surveying systemically the developmental current situations and the results achieved of farmers'vocational education development in Luoyang City, the existing main problems were analyzed.The fifth chapter was the measures and countermeasures on speeding up the healthy development of farmers'vocational education in Luoyang City. The measures and countermeasures were diccussed from four aspects of developmental ideas, principles, approach selection and the establisment of perfect legal guarantee and supervision mechanism.The sixth chapter was conclusions, in which the reseach viewpoint of the article was summarized. |
