Beginning from the early and high school in the 90's of 20 centuries the wave tide of the merges is called "the second time of the large-scale of the department adjusts since found a nation", this time" from top to bottom" of the reformation unprecedented in history, influence is profound. Currently, most of colleges have been merged in the administration ,but it is a long time to the deep level of structure merges namely that campus cultural fusion .Should know, it is hard to become the real excellent university without deep culture, and the deep culture of the university must go through melt long-time .since that, during the mergers of the high school, the cultural integration in campus just more shows its importance, we can say that the cultural integration in campus is a key to realize the materiality merges.Based upon the fact that under the policy of high school management system reformation, part of high schools in our country have been merged since 1990. This article which takes the analysis of campus culture conflict as a cut-in point probes deeply into the campus cultural conformity after high school being merged.The premise which the article present the arguments is to discuss the theoretical and actual sign of the campus culture conformity after being merged from the intension of campus culture ,the characteristic of campus culture ,the finds and the considerations of the conflicts, the conflicts of it along with the consequences resulted from it.To make on the spot or indirectly investigation and study practically and realistically in Nantong university, goes deep into the movement ,the problems and disadvantages on the campus culture conformity after being merged ,and this is the studying foundation of this article .On the basis of mastering the first-hand material, undergoing the embedded analyses and research .The author puts forward that the emotions among the teachers and he students ,the distribution of profits ,the target of education etc are the reasons leading to the conflicts of high school culture after being merged.The purpose of the article is to inquire into the way to deal with the situation how to conform the campus culture after being merged from practice to theory, then from theory to practice. This article tries to construct a set of new theoretical model on high culture merging on the basis of the analysis of the actuality, and to some reference on the policies for further reformation of high management system. The other tries to discovery a set of the feasible movement of the high culture merging.
