The employment that has already shifted the workforce in the present countryside of our country is unstable, the reflux phenomenon is serious. Among our country rural laborer, accept short-term cultivation account for 20% only, have accept elementary vocational and technical education or train account for 3.4% only, accept medium-sized know-how education account for 0.13% only, accept to up to 76.4% technical training, influence the ability of rural laborer resources to promote directly. So, the center of education of rural areas should be turned to vocational education and trained.There is no strict differentiation between the two in rural vocational education and vocational education, should say vocational education includes rural vocational education, the existing problem of the two has commonality.
