End Of The Village: The Regime Logic Of City Village Property Rights

Along with the economic and social changes and the process of urbanization, and the concept of collective ownership of collective property rights in some of China's economically developed city villages in rural areas, as well as property rights must face the issue of the reorganization, but collectively-owned property in the City village, there are many practice legal vacuum, the absence of a reasonable and concrete basis for the definition of collective property rights restructuring is a lack of experience of innovative practice.
