On The Cooperation Between High Vocational Colleges And Enterprises In China

With constant adjustment of China's economic structure, industrial structure and employment structure, the society needs more and more talents with practical ability. Higher Vocational Education,as an important component of higher education that plays an important in the social development, are closely linked to the country's economy, politics and culture. This requires higher vocational colleges to change the traditional mode of personnel training into training practical talents of production, services, management to meet the needs of the society. One of the main directions of High Vocational College'reform and development is to strengthen cooperation between college and enterprise.This paper mainly concentrates on cooperation between Higher Vocational Education and enterprises. Cooperation between Higher Vocational Education and enterprises, involves not only Higher Vocational Education and enterprises, but also the Government. The cooperation education is inseparable from the objective law of the education and enterprise, only fully unified and coordinated to play their strengths functions of college and enterprise so as to jointly complete the task of Higher Vocational Education. The paper goes on as following:The paper illustrates the definition of High Vocational Education and the definition of cooperative education.The paper tells cooperative education between High Vocational College and enterprise. Through analyzing the successful Cooperative Education in the most representative countries--Germany and the United States, the paper sums up their experiences so that to enlighten the Cooperative Education between China's High Vocational College and enterprises.The paper carries out research of the cooperation education from three aspects: High Vocational College, enterprises and the government. An Empirical Analysis of Nanning Vocational and Technical College's cooperative education leads to tell the present situation of cooperation education between High Vocational Colleges and enterprises in China. The specialized analysis from higher vocational institutions, enterprises and government, try to find causes which affect China's cooperation education between High Vocational College and enterprises in China, and to find solutions to develop China's Cooperative Education. Colleges, enterprise and government constitute together an important factor in cooperative education. There will be able to promote not only China's cooperation education, but also the development of enterprises and High Vocational Colleges so as to promote the development of higher vocational college to train talents to meet the social practical need with fully cooperation from all three areas.
