| The paper focuses on the teacher himself, and probes how the mathematic teacher of the Secondary Vocational School "learn to teach" through the teaching of reflective thinking. On one hand, the teacher needs to try his hard to transform the study's attitude to the mathematics of the students and help them to improve their study interest; On the other hand, the teacher ought to improve his accomplishment of knowledge to such an extent as to be a teacher of type of scholar.First of all, the discussions on the concept of "reflective thinking" which several representative scholars have held are analyzed. According to this, the author extents the meaning of the teaching of reflective thinking and expounds the views on the significance and importance of the teaching of reflective thinking.Secondly, the author makes a complete exposition of the status quo of the mathematic teaching in the Secondary Vocational School on terms of the student, the textbook as well as the teacher. As a result of the difficulties that the mathematic teaching meets in practice, the teacher needs to transform the concept of teaching in order to conduct mathematic teaching of reflective thinking. Thirdly, in respects of the reflection of content of courses, of teaching and studying practice, of evaluation of students, the author carries on the reflection of practice for the mathematic teaching in the Secondary Vocational School. Our teaching cases demonstrate that the content of mathematic teaching have to suit the needs of specialized course, ie applying theory to practice; that some teaching measures are taken to be aimed at the students' actual conditions; that some encouraging and processing evaluation are needed.Finally, the author sums up the achievements and disadvantages during the process of our mathematic teaching of reflective thinking, and points out that some aspects such as the mathematic course, the mathematic content, the system of giving lessons in a class, the practice of mathematic knowledge, etc. are needed to be improved. |
