Study On Physical Education Teachers Present Situation Investigation And Development Countermeasures In University In Jiang Xi Province

The teacher is vital to development of education.physical education is an important part of higher education. The teachers level height is directly affecting the university sports quality of the work.This paper adopted the research methods including literature, questionnaire, interview and so on. Aiming at present situation for PE teachers, I made a thorough and meticulous investigation,The finding as follows:The number of PE teachers can unsatisfy the of physical education in the higher institutions in JiangXi pronvice with the enrollment enlargement . The teacher age structure quite is reasonable.Most of the investigated teachers are bachelors, the structure of academic titleis has formed the olive sphere structure initially.In respect of knowledge structure college PE teacher ,most of them lack the basic knowledge of some tool subjects ,such as English and Computer.they also exist aging tendency for their knowledge structure of PE science.The research situation is that only a few teachers take part in researching work ,and amount and qualities of thesis aren't high. Topic of undertaking mostly is class of school, their research ability need an exaltation urgently. most of High school PE teacher 's workload is very big, most of them Mental health status is not optimistic.To solve these above-mentioned problems, the study proposed some measures for improving the quality of PE teachers.Hopefully it can be helpful for the healthy development of PE teacher in JiangXi province to provide some useful informations.
