Nowadays,knowledge economy is sweeping the world ,postgraduate innovative education should promote economic development and social progress in their own unique way,and serve innovative national construction with its knowledge and technology .Postgraduate education is important to innovative national construction ,and how to make postgraduate innovative education adapt to innovative national construction has became a subject deserves full attention.To a great extent,the quality and quantity of the talents which postgraduate education as the highest degress of higher education cultivates determine the sustainable development of innovative national construction .Postgraduate education is the important support to the China's innovative national construction . Firstly, postgraduate education is the core of the system of knowledge innovation in the National Innovative System ,which provide motive power for knowledge innovation . The level of enterprise's technological innovation ability directly determine the sustainable development of the enterprises .Any country which wants to keep the national economy lasting,fast and healthy, depends on the countinous innovation of the enterprises. And the core of postgraduate education is to cultivate the talents who have spirit of creation and creativity .These talents support and ensure the technological innovation of the enterprises, promote enterprises to become the subject of technological innovation, and strengthen the innovation ability of enterprises.However, China's existing postgraduate education and innovative national countruction have great disparity, according to social demand innovative talents are insufficient in total amount; according to educational course the postgraduate training mode isn't excellent ; according to quality of postgraduate education the innovation ability of the postgraduates is not strong . Generally speaking, no matter from the quality, or from quantity ,China's postgraduate education can't meet the demands of innovative national countruction .So reorientating the intension of postgraduate education and inplementing the postgraduate innovative education become the inevitable choice of the universties .In the course of innovative national construction of foreign developed countries such as America,Great Britian,Japan ,they pay more attention to the development of postgraduate education and lead postgraduate education to serve innovative national contruction such as the policies ,regulations,etc. At the same time ,postgraduate education realizes the constant innovation in the course that postgraduate education combines with the innovative national contruction,and further promote the innovative national contraction.According to foreign developed countries' successful experience ,China must bulid the policy environment of postgraduate innovation by government's policies and regulations in order to realize the cooperative development between postgraduate education and innovative national contraction .The government should make policies and regulaitions to promote the reform of the training mode of postgraduate education.The government should transfer its function and set up the postgraduate education evaluation system of multi-side participation to guide the close connection between postgraduate education and society .In order to promote the horizontal connection between postgraduate education and enterprises, the central government should adjust the plans of science and technology and policies to strengthen the interdynamic between postgraduate education and enterprises , build and improve the scientific and technological intermediary's system to erect postgraduate education and bridge of enterprises.
