The Investigation Of Teaching And Management Of Foreign Teachers In Changshu County

The teaching of the foreign teachers from primary and secondary schools in Changshu County has drawn wide attention from the author and the attention results in the research on it. The author conducts the interviews with foreign teachers, leaders from Changshu Educational Bureau as well as school where foreign teachers work at. Apart from it, The author observe how foreign teachers teach English in class and write down the teaching process , and at the same time the author make questionnaire survey among students taught by foreign teachers in order to obtain detail information about the present situation of foreign teachers' teaching by analyzing the foreign teachers' educational notion, teaching contents and teaching methods rationally. Based on the above investigation, the thesis offers the ways of selecting excellent foreign teachers according to the Employment Theory in Human Resources Administration in Education . Besides, exploiting and making full use of teaching resource of foreign teachers is the key to improving the teaching ability of Foreign teachers. In accordance with the purpose of successful management of foreign teachers, the author give the way to foster professional development and evaluate foreign teachers scientifically so as to improve the teaching quality of foreign teachers.
