The 21st century is an informational era in which the human knowledge isincreasing rapidly and the rhythms of the world societies are speeding up obviously. With the popularity of computertechnology, Internet is being widely used in various fields, including educational field.On the integration between information technology and courses, there are already lots of practical research and certain operable theoretical methods,but few for grammar teaching.Grammar is the study of the rules by which words change their forms and are combined into sentences; it is also the base of communication and determines its fluency and accuracy. So grammar teaching is very important to language learning.English grammar teaching is part of English teaching in senior schools, and also is one of the most difficult parts in English teaching. At present, however,senior school students commonly feel English grammar difficult to learn. They are fed up with the crammingmethod of teaching grammar, with which they cannot have a strong memory. As a result,they've learned many inflexible grammar rules and their ability to use them comprehensively is very weak. Therefore, emphasis must be placed on improving students'ability to utilize the English language comprehensively. Meanwhile, how to adopt a more effective grammar teaching method has become a noticeable study field.Summarized the current situation in research related to the topic at home and abroadbinding the situation of senior students in learning English grammar, the problem occurred in English grammar teaching in senior schools, and the development of the integration of information technology and the courses, the paper has research with the method of the experimentation, the questionnaire and the statistics in two originally classeson the basis of the theory of constructivism and the language learning theory. During theresearch, the information technology has made full use of its advantages that is to set up amuch real and vivid language learning environment for students in which students acquire knowledge through various means and have some practical experience. According to analyzing the process and the result in two experiments, the paper discuss the applicationand the influence of the information technology in English grammar teaching in senior schools, make sure that the application of the information technology really can optimize the process of English grammar teaching, arouse the interest of the students, solve the difficulties and the stresses in teaching, and improve the teaching efficiency. Further more the paper makes careful analyze in some problems appeared in the application of theinformation technology. Both the teacher and the students benefit a lot from the research intended to help with the English grammar learning insenior schools in China, the paper sums up the weakness and the shortcoming in the research and also put forward some views which need to be discussed further.
