A fundamental characteristic of quality education is to foster,develop ,perfect student,s personality and make students learn"how to learn","how to make a living","how to co-operate","how to research"and"how to create". As a book named《learning how to live》written by ADERJIA.FUR says an illiterate in the future is not a man who can not read but have not learned"how to learn."The Professor PARJINSI,HAEFUCOLEAGE think that intelligence is made up of IQ,strategy and content knowledge. With the coming of"the whole globe","the knowledge economy"and the index increasing of knowledge ,only the man grasping better learning strategy to deal with knowledge changing and carrying on learning invention, can adjust to the challenge of society in the today and in the future. Knowledge and learning is becoming more and more important. Learning and growing,learning and working,learning and living is increasingly merging .The setting up of learning opinion in the long life and the building of learning society all need the coming of new learning strategy. The precondition and basis of invention ability development need to master scientific and efficient learning strategy. Only first learning"how to learn"and efficiently using learning strategy and making self-learning strategy, can a man become an inventor with ability. The main difference that a student can learn,be intelligent and the better or worst of learning quality lie in how much to understand strategic knowledge and the degree to,use quickly. Interest leading into,strategy analysis,strategy application,strategy re-thinking out are all not lack of step.
