At present, fundamental education in China is mostly the one in which teachers control the whole teaching process, which leads students to fail to bring the initiative of them into full play. In such a process, teachers are the owners and givers of knowledge, while students are passive receivers. Meanwhile, presenting approaches of knowledge or problems are dull, which is a great disadvantage to arousing students'learning motives as well as improving students'ability of recognition and problem thinking. Teacher-centred teaching approach is also at a big disadvantage when students give the rein to their active roles in learning; and it affects nurturing to students'ability of self inquiry and collaboration. During studying, it makes students lack emotional experiences of processing and method applying. Such teaching approaches certainly fail to achieve the three dimensional educational objectives which aim at students'knowledge and ability, process and methods, and, attitude and aptitude and morality view.Information technology , as an outcome of combination of the advanced educational theories and modern educational technology , will play an active role in teaching design , the change of teachers'educational sense , styles and class roles , as well as in confirming students'main-body status , the change of students'learning styles , the change of teacher-student role turning ; information technology also plays an active role in developing students'interests and ability of recognition , nurturing students'emotions , all of which help improve the fundamental education . The outcome is the powerful tool of reforming traditional education. This experiment focuses on testing efficiency of the curriculum conformity of information technology and junior high school mathematics and trying to hunt for teaching strategies of such a conformity.
