The economy of western region grow grately, under the driving of construction of western region. However, from the nationwide scope, with comprehensive consideration both western region and eastern region, the unbalance development of regional economy is the major issue our country facing. And the development of economy and anti-poverty in western region will be keystone in future. How western region promote economy, how to carry out anti-poverty by education, how to promote the coordinated development from education and regional economy, they both have important operation significance.To definitude the position of education in economical growth, quantize the contribution in economy from education, and maximizing the action to make reasonable policies, is important in both theory and reality. Combined mathematical models and reality issues, is example of cross research with multi discipline, also effective certification of combination theory and reality, at the base of the combination of periodical theories and models.Under the past consideration, most academician analyse the issue from qualitative and quantitative aspects. Research the role in economical growth by DEA is not mainstream.The research by domestica academe accord to western theory and method mostly, focuses on estimation of rate of return, simplification index method of educational capacity, simplification index method of labour productivity, and so on. Some academician try to build different mathematical models to solve the promble. In the documents found, the mathematical models focuses on production function, two-sector model and input output model.In this research, major contents is the contribution and influence in the economical growth from education in different region and deifferent educational hierarchy. Firstly, analyse the influence from education to economy in eastern and western region by super-efficiency DEA model, so as to definitude the role of education. Secondly, build system dynamics model to analyse different educational hierarchy, by controlling different entrance rate. They are carried out by the software EMS and Vensim.Results of super-efficiency DEA show that, when the educational operating expense is input indicator, most of the cities are DEA efficiency, except that some cities in some years were DEA non-efficiency, and the results varied greatly. Specific to Chengdu, the effection and role of education is recoganized by the people. However, educational investment isn't used efficiency. How will education promote economy in a better way need further analysis.Programme analysis in system dynamics show that, in the four programmes, the third is better than others. At the same time, when economy grows, education has good development. This is to say that when education promote economy, growth of economy will offer guarantee for education.Based on the above analysis and results, considering the reality of western region, propose some political adviances, such as enhance the communication and assistance of two regions, improve the labour auality by advancing the entrance rate, and build reasonable college graduates employment system.
