On The Present Situation And Development Of The Cultivation Of High-Quality Men's Basketball Team In Registered Institution Of Higher Education In Fujian Province

Higher schools'attempt to cultivate a high-quality sports team is a main part in the sport's reform in China and is a principle method to innovate in the old system of athletics and sports and to initiate the way of cultivating the athletic talents from more sources, of more levels and in more forms. It's a destined tendency in the collegiate sports reform in China for the athletics to go into the colleges and to promote the skill level of sports in school. And it is also a way of sport's being socialized.This article adopts 3 Registered Institution (Reg. Inst.) of Higher Education in Fujian province as our research objectives who cultivate their high-quality men's basketball teams. Literature information, interviews, questionnaires, statistics and logical inference are used on the principle of"being practical and realistic"to practice a deep and subtle research and analysis on the present situation of Reg. Inst. of Higher Education's men's basketball team in Fujian province and the inner and outer factors that have an effect on it. Aiming at providing the healthy development of the high quality basketball team in Reg. Inst. of Higher Education with some theoretical backgrounds and referential values, the article also puts forward further strategies and suggestions to the development of the high quality men's basketball team in Fujian Reg. Inst. of Higher Education, and proposes with courageous innovativeness a cultivation mode of the high quality sports team in Reg. Inst. of Higher Educations. The main conclusions are states as below:1. It is shown by the research that the contemporary players of the high quality men's basketball teams in the Reg. Inst. Of Higher Education in Fujian are mainly from high schools, most of who are in a relatively favorable body condition and have the National Sports'Evaluation Certificate of 2nd Level. And the team of coaches is in a relatively reasonable age structure, with relatively higher education background, titles of a technical post, better sports experience and better teaching experience. Hence the special skill is high and they are competent to fulfill the present training and guidance job for the competitions. The teams adopt a one-to-one formation with the enterprises'participation. Huaqiao University has established a relatively mature and complete inner administration system.2. Compared with the destination mentioned in the"Plan"for higher school's high quality sports teams, the destination that the Fujian higher schools are reaching of the field of high quality men's basketball team has still a far long way to go."Promoting the popularization and promotion of basketball in higher schools and trying to cultivate and select for our nation the college sports players of a high athletic level, to promote the fame of the schools and to broaden the influence of higher schools'sport teams.3. The negative factors that affect the Fujian higher school's cultivation of the high quality men's basketball team are: the contradiction between players'study and training, the unreasonable competitive system of the league matches, the incompletion of the administration system of the school, a lack of players'sources, a low level of the students. This article makes a comprehensive analysis on those negative factors and put forwards solutions and suggestion for the further development of the players'teams'strategies.4. The higher schools that we researched are equipped with enough investment, coaches of high level, leader's emphasis, nice living conditions for the players and adequate training facilities. These are advantages guaranteed.5. The research showed us that the development of the high quality men's basketball teams in Reg. Inst. Of Higher Education in Fujian should be in accordance with the outer circumstances and gradually completing the inner condition, bettering the scientific training and managing methods, promoting the quality of the people in the field. According to the present national conditions and the realistic situation of our higher school's cultivation of the high quality sports teams, together with the cultivation mode of higher quality players in and out of China, and based on the present cultivation mode in China, a networked training mode of four grades should be designed.
