Research On The Graduates' Occupational Expectation

Occupational expectation is humans' aspiration and yearning for some occupation, it is individual attitude and faith of the occupation. But the occupational expectation also has the colony characters. As the special colony that will enter into the society, the graduates' occupational expectation has different characters with other social colonies. It is an incessant concerted process that the graduates take the subjective factors of their personal interests, ability and value views with the social needs, occupation chances, and it also produces the recognition and position. Take a research on the nowadays graduates' occupational expectation and characters has very important significance of the understanding of the graduates' occupation expectation' characters, and it can help us to recognize and summarize the problems and weakness during the graduates occupation through the views of theory and practice.In the view of the correlative graduates' occupational theories, the paper summarizes the factors which affect the graduates' occupational expectation. Through the inquisitional and statistical methods, contrastive and analytic methods, this paper describes the nowadays graduates' occupational expectation's basic instances and characters with the graduates of 2006 in Dalian university of technology as the mostly object, it also analyses the problems and their reasons that they are more utilitarian, and they have higher expectation of areas, salary and the unit, this paper brings forward advices and countermeasures, which include leading the graduates to set up correct occupational expectation, regard and optimize the family education environment, strengthen the social occupation system and the environment building.
