The conflict is the common question of the organization manages, also is the universal existence phenomenon of the university organizes. The university teachers are the quite special communities which are composed by the senior intellectuals, its individual interior conflict and the interpersonal conflict have its distinctive quality and the complexity. The university teachers' conflict question and the management level affect teachers' work enthusiasm and the work achievements directly. Based on basic principle of the conflict phenomenon and the management, according to the basic harmonious society theory, the organization management theory, the human resources management theory and the university management and so on the correlation theories, using overseas conflict management experience, the theory and the practice, overall and partial unifies, this article analyzes the conflict which university teachers' faces in our country and management problems from abstracts to concretely, from generally to individual and proposes the constructive conflict management strategy to promote university teachers' physical and moral integrity and the self-development and to provide the reference for raising the university human resources management level.The paper in carries on in the elaboration foundation to the conflict implication and the theory, has emphatically analyzed the present situation, the origin and the influence of the university teachers' conflict, including the conflict between the teacher individual internal, the conflict between the teacher and the student, the teacher and between teacher's conflict, the teacher and administrative personnel's conflict and so on, then analyzed the university teachers to conflict the management present situation and the existence question, conflicted the present situation in view of the university teachers and the conflict management existence question, elaborated the university teachers to conflict the management strategy. Not only this article proposed the conflict result is negative and positively affects these two aspects, moreover also includes is at the two compound state the neutral result. The university teachers conflict the management main body are not a university superintendent side, but is the university superintendent, the teacher and the student and so on together took in every way the conflict management the main body, is shouldering respectively different and the also similarly important conflict management responsibility, must implement the positive self-control in the actual supervisory work, be glad the obedient management and participates in the management unifying positively, utilizes the different management strategy, avoids and melts conflicts not good, takes and induces the benign conflict the positive role, wins in the realization in the conflict management goal foundation promotes university's harmonious development.
