The Study On Undergraduate Teaching Managemeny In Research College

The creative talent person is main productive forces in the development of advanced science and technology. In order to meet the need of constructing innovative country, to train the creative talent person becomes the newly target of the development of college teaching. Thus, according to the universities' own foundation and the characteristic, how to develop has become the direction and the target for the university, especially those universities which have a better foundation and want to take the lead joining the Research University and the world first-class university ranks. The college is the basic unit and the important constituent in the university by the discipline group division. In order to be the Research University it must be the Research University. In our opinion, the research college is the research university's foundation, and it is the effective way to build Research University.The teaching management is an important school administration work which manifests the unification of academic management and the administration. It has the foundational function, supports the school revolution system and is one of the important aspects to affect the education quality. This article is the third section to study the construction of the Research College, it studied on the basis of one of the study on nature of the Research College. It mainly talked about the undergraduate teaching management in Research College. It plays a very important role in the harmony of the relation between teaching and scientific research inside the Research College.Through certain theoretical analysis about the undergraduate teaching management research in Research College, it briefly elaborated the relation between the research university and the research college, the discipline and the specialty, the teaching and the scientific research. And it laid a theoretical foundation to strengthen the research on the undergraduate teaching management the research college. After the comparison of the undergraduate teaching management in Research University and in Non-Research University, it highlighted the undergraduate teaching management in Research University. And it pointed the similarities and differences between the object of teaching management in Research University and in Non-Research University. Meanwhile, it highly concerned with the present situation about the undergraduate teaching management, gave us the main present issues existing in the undergraduate teaching management and the reason why it appeared. At the end of this article, it summarized the teaching management thought and its disciplines, the establishment of raising the talent person, the staff and the construction of scientific research environment, the combination of teaching and research. And it proposed the basic conception for the undergraduate teaching management construction in Research College.
