All the educational scholars know the drawbacks of the instruction in the field of innovation abilities, the maintenance of active learning and interpersonal interaction. As information technology and network technology are sweeping the globe, education has made progress. Educational scholars are delighted to discover that this new educational form has many advantages which can make up the"inherent deficiency"of the instruction, for example, rich multimedia resources,convenient exchange synergy,friendly interaction,time freedom and so on. Even network teaching has so many advantages, it is not a substitute for instruction. Moreover, in the practical teaching of"instructional design"course, there are many problems that can be resolved difficultly by Instruction. Those problems are related to the achievement of educational aims, so we must think of ways to resolve them.This paper presents a notion that web-based course and Instruction can be integrated. The author used for reference from several excellent models, and on the basis of it designed a model for integration of web-based course and Instruction. In this paper,author has a detailed description on the integrative model which contains three processes: instructional analyzing,strategy choosing and application,evaluating. In addition,"instructional design"web-based course tests and perfects this integrative model. I hope that this research can also improve teaching effect of some subjects whose characteristics are similar to the "Instructional Design" course.
